This apartment has everything its description says and so much more! It's in a wonderful city location enabling us to walk everywhere. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is just lovely and very easy going. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, furnishings and extras that are provided. You could 'eat off the floor' is so spotless!
Each drawer or cupboard we opened was full of everything that you'd have in your own home - there were condiments, Gladwrap, foil, freezer bags, hairspray, ironing aids and even stationery supplies. They have equipped the apartment how they would like it to be if they were away from home - it was much appreciated.
The apartment building is extremely quiet, which ensures quality sleep in Perth's busy city. All we can say is THANK YOU to the owners for providing travellers with such a fantastic place for us to stay. EXCEPTIONAL!

As a person who uses apartments all over Australia and New Zealand its worth making a comment when you find one that's not only in a fantastic location but spotlessly clean and has many personal touches. Apartments can be very similar but this one shines in the way it is kept and fitted out even down to a sewing kit and welcome hamper. All the added touches will make your stay a wonderful experience. The communication before hand was excellent and ensured and easy arrival and nothing was too much trouble. If you have an opportunity and lucky enough to secure this apartment for your time in Perth you will not be disappointed.

What a lovely, quaint cottage. We really enjoyed our stay at Maisie's with our 3 year old. It was close to everything we needed and provided plenty of warmth on the rainy nights we had. There were lots of toys to entertain our daughter and the bunk bed was a huge hit with her. Would definitely recommend.

First ever long stay in Perth and the apartment was first class. The owner was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The attention to every detail in the apartment was stunning. We had a lovely treat at the commencement of our relocation with a gourmet pack in our fridge (delicious). Everything you needed to know re: transport, places to visit, and restaurants was provided. Little personal touches were a refreshing surprise. We have stayed at many apartments around the world and this apartment was right up there with the best of them. Hope to get to Perth again for three months after Christmas and will definitely be staying at these apartments. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

I give this apartment an extremely positive rating and can guarantee that you won't be disappointed. The apartment is in a fantastic location within walking distance to the city, the bus is outside the front door of the apartment and the train is a 5 minute walk away. The local shops are a 5-10 minute walk away with a well stocked IGA supermarket. The area the apartment is located is a lovely area with lovely parklands close by. If you have a hire car as we did there is also secure parking available. The owner was fantastic to deal with in regard to the accommodation booking, which made the process very easy. All enquires were dealt with very quickly and she was willing to assist in any way that was needed. The apartment is spacious and modern. It was extremely clean and has all the necessary mod-cons. The beds are also a dream to sleep in. If ever in Perth again I would definitely stay at this apartment. I would certainly recommend staying here.

We had the greatest 10th anniversary at Maisie's cottage with our three year old. The easy walking distance to restaurants, beach and supermarket were an added bonus to the quaint and superb layout and convenience of the cottage and its facilities. The beach was a major highlight though I think our little ones personal favourite was the dinosaur bunk bed.

We really enjoyed our time at Maisies. The location to the beach was perfect with out little one, and the air-conditioning was blissful to come home to on the hot days we had. The cottage had all we needed, and it was great not to have to worry about packing a cot, stroller, toys etc. for our little girl. Boy did we enjoy the coffee machine too!
