I give this apartment an extremely positive rating and can guarantee that you won't be disappointed. The apartment is in a fantastic location within walking distance to the city, the bus is outside the front door of the apartment and the train is a 5 minute walk away. The local shops are a 5-10 minute walk away with a well stocked IGA supermarket. The area the apartment is located is a lovely area with lovely parklands close by. If you have a hire car as we did there is also secure parking available. The owner was fantastic to deal with in regard to the accommodation booking, which made the process very easy. All enquires were dealt with very quickly and she was willing to assist in any way that was needed. The apartment is spacious and modern. It was extremely clean and has all the necessary mod-cons. The beds are also a dream to sleep in. If ever in Perth again I would definitely stay at this apartment. I would certainly recommend staying here.

First ever long stay in Perth and the apartment was first class. The owner was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The attention to every detail in the apartment was stunning. We had a lovely treat at the commencement of our relocation with a gourmet pack in our fridge (delicious). Everything you needed to know re: transport, places to visit, and restaurants was provided. Little personal touches were a refreshing surprise. We have stayed at many apartments around the world and this apartment was right up there with the best of them. Hope to get to Perth again for three months after Christmas and will definitely be staying at these apartments. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

We've stayed in several apartments in Perth and around the world and this one definitely outshines and outclass all of them. The furnishings and linen are of high standards. The rooms are large and comfortable. I'm a clean freak, but this apartment I could not fault, it was beautifully presented. It's also the little EXTRAS that made our experience that much sweeter, like the cappuccino machine, gourmet coffee, olives cheese, nuts and biscuits that awaited our arrival.

The location is perfect, the free bus service to Perth CBD is only a 3min walk and the train line just 5min. There's a grocery shop very near that has everything you need and it's heaps cheaper than the Woolworths in the city. Your also within easy walking distance from cafes and restaurants that run along the river. If your trying to make a decision on whether this is the right place to stay, let me just say you will not be disappointed. I wished there were more owners of rental apartments like this, you can see the love and care they put into the apartment and the client's needs. A very big thank you to you both and we'll definitely be back.
