“Just an amazing location within easy walking distance to fine dining, many restaurants, bars, cafe’s, Swan River & park, Matagarup Bridge (easy walk to Perth City) and public transit. Two great cafe’s downstairs pretty much and very friendly staff working there. Perth provides FREE public transit within the City so once we walked over the Matagarup bridge it was easy to jump on any CAT or Transperth Bus for FREE. Normal transport is very near this location. Our apartment was whisper quiet and travelling without cars is easy but we had our car and the garaging was easy access, easy to park with secure remote entry. We found the apartment is in a very secure location and has great security with using remotes with restricted access for to our floor. It was great being able to use the washer/dryer and having the clothes drying airer. Internet in the unit was instant and unlimited – just perfect! Overall a sensational find for us with simply spectacular views! We made the most out of our stay in Perth.”
