CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?

Yes, however for all payments via VISA or MasterCard there may be an additional small Merchant Card Fee that is charged by the service provider (usually around 2%)

ARE UTILITIES AND POWER INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Electricity is only charged if it exceeds $300 in any 60-day billing period.  Gas and Water is all included.  WIFI is unlimited and included.

IS A BOND REQUIRED?

Yes, a bond is required for all bookings. All bonds are fully-refundable and upon vacating the property an inspection is carried out. The property must be left in a neat and tidy condition similar to how you received it, the property and chattels undamaged and all in good working order then the bond will be returned via Direct Deposit, Cheque payment or refunded back to Credit Card.

ARE THE APARTMENTS SMOKE FREE?

Yes, Smoking is not permitted in any property at any time.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Sorry NO pets are not allowed in any apartments at any time, whatsoever.

IS LINEN PROVIDED?

Yes. Each property has linen and towels provided, as well as washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
